DLR Medikal Medical Devices Inc. ("Company") attaches maximum importance to the security of your personal data. Accordingly, we process and store all personal data relating to persons who benefit from our products and services, including those associated with the Company, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

1. Identity of the Data Controller

Under the KVKK, DLR Medikal, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry and located at İkitelli OSB, Istanbul, processes your personal data in its capacity as "Data Controller".

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data are processed to enable you to benefit from our medical products and services (e.g. hemodialysis catheters, ureteral stents), to manage quote requests, customer relations, and to fulfill legal obligations.

3. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to business partners and public or private entities authorized by law, within the conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds

Data are collected via our website forms, e-mail, and in-person contacts, based on legal grounds such as necessity for performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests, as set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data are processed, to request information, and to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
